Decoration and Marking - Thermal Transfers

Our Thermal Transfer decal printing system is a computerised method of producing ceramic decals to order.

The system is not intended to replace existing decals, but is ideal for short specialised production runs and mass customisation where current decal systems are uneconomic.

The advantage of Thermal transfer printing is that it is a flexible, digital, low cost technology that utilises existing application and firing techniques. Ribbons are available in black, simulated gold, sepia and blue-grey.

Further custom colours can be developed subject to a substantial minimum order. The colour range available is resistant to both alkali and acid attack in much the same way as existing ceramic colours.
